Our Mission is to serve the donors, volunteers, advocates, citizens and animals of our local communities by:

Providing shelter and medical care for stray, abandoned or surrendered animals; Actively promoting suitable animal adoptions and transports; and Collaborating with other animal assistance groups.

Members of our Board are asked to join different committees for our organization. Please check those which interest you currently:

Executive Committee: general operations of the of the organization; make decisions to represent the interests in the organization.

Finance Committee: advise on financial problems; prepare annual budget; review contracts

Resource Development Committee (open to non-board members): generating general and financial support; organizing fundraising events.

Shelter Operations Committee (open to non-board members): consult on the operations and maintenance of the shelter; review and approve needed repairs.

Nominating Committee: oversee the selection, evaluation and appointment of potential board members and committee chairs.
